R.O.T.S. is proud to bring you it's first annual Rising of the Sun Music Festival. This music festival is for everyone that are used to typical R.O.T.S. events from the past. We plan on introducing new people from around the world to how we celebrate our holidays/events. If you do not already know... R.O.T.S. brings a different element to any festival/party/rave. Our goal is to provide everyone with an experience that you can't help but remember for the rest of your life.

Red River Canoe
Red River Canoe Inc. will be the venue of the Rising Of The Sun Music Festival. We are proud to have our festivities at this perfect location. One thing that Red River Canoe ask all participants in the festivities is NO LITTERING!!!!
The reason being is that we don't want our main man Billy to get sick or injured by eating anything off the ground, because he will be joining the festivities for 3 days with us.
This is our main man Billy.
Red River Canoe is a beautiful location and we want to make sure we keep it that way.
